A noisy neighbour from Putney has been fined after holding a series of boisterous late-night parties.

The owners of a Ninth Street home in Berkeley may have to vacate it for a year and pay fines if they don t put a stop to the crime, drug dealing, fighting, loud music and fireworks that have swirled about the home for the past 30 years.

The County of Suffolk pub in Ipswich has its licence revoked after a number of incidents.
